B Corp Certification is a global Certification awarded to for-profit companies that balance their financial performance with purposeful impact.
The B Corp standards are an evolving reflection of what good business looks like across 5 key stakeholder groups:B Corps are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.

On the current global standards, companies must score a minimum of 80 out of 200 points on the B Impact Assessment™, which evaluates their impact on various stakeholders.
The process then involves a rigorous ‘Verification’ assessment administered by B Lab™ , the non-profit organisation behind the B Corp movement.
Companies must go through a verification cycle every 3 years to maintain their B Corp status, with annual certification fees payable in the interim.During the coming months, we expect new standards to be implemented that will expand and deepen the requirements for Certification.

The median score for ordinary businesses that attempt the B Impact Assessment is 50.9 which is far below the required threshold of 80 points to become a B Corp.
B Leaders are expertly trained to help you navigate the certification, starting with your assessment, identifying areas of opportunity and improvement to get you ready for submission, and as a guide through the verification process.
B Leaders also have direct access to B Lab to help troubleshoot issues and conduct internal reviews to smooth the process.
